3/19/2014	Silt fence will be installed in the drainage area to prevent erosion more than anything. A silt fence will be installed on teh west side of the compost facility. This will also help to prevent any leachate from leaving the compost pile.	RHONDA PAHL
3/19/2014	current compost facility does not have a sufficent sloping apron. The concrete apron will be extended out and slop to 4" back into the compost pile. the slope will cause any water or leachate associated with the compost pile to flow back into the pile and not away from the pile. A curb will also be installed for the same purpose.	RHONDA PAHL
3/19/2014	When weather cooperates the leachate that was found at the site in December will be hauled off site and land applied. The current compost will also be turned and land applied at agronomic rates. The records from this will be stored onsite.	RHONDA PAHL
