9/3/2020	During a previous routine inspection it was documented that the confinement barns were constructed too close to a water source and two wells. It was later determined that one of the wells was deep so was okay but the other well is shallow. We received a response form Mr. Stephenson's attorney challenging the water source and the DNR's interpretation of a shallow well. DNR had an internal meeting and determined that the water source was not on the list of waters when this facility was constructed BUT the well is shallow and will need to be plugged or a waiver submitted. In the 'attached documents' is the attorney letter and the response from Kelli Book, DNR Attorney.	ALISON MANZ
