2/22/2008	Must begin using proven yields or county average. The manure sales form must include to op. crop yield crop usage rate & crop schedule. It is okay to use a statement of Intent form for MMP purposes & commercial N applied by farmers purposes. During previous complaint investigations it was required that caps be placed on the tile inlets located ~5-10' North of each of the manure stockpile bins. It didn't appear as if these had been capped. Either the tile inlets need to be moved further north or capped immediately.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
