12/6/2013	Facility compliance inspection conducted. Overall, facility appears to be well operated and maintained. Medium sized open feedlot with concrete SS area and vegetated swale for infiltration. No discharges observed and no NPDES permit required, but some regrading at the SE corner recommended to prevent runoff from flowing into the road ditch. Also, process wastewater from the feed storage flows to the east into the surrounding field and not into the control structures. Though no discharge, Mr. Albright was instructed to ensure that process wastewater does not flow to a road ditch, tile intake, or water of the state.	SHEILA KENNY
