11/21/2022	On Monday, November 21, 2022 Brenda Smith and I visited the site to see a smoke test of one of the Digester tanks. They were using a conventional smoke test like they do for smoke testing sewers and filling the digester tank with smoke to observe any possible leaks coming from the cover and where the cover seals over the top of the tank. We met Chad Baldwin (515) 499-0193 who will be one of the site operators.	BILL GIBBONS
