11/4/2010	Site visit due to complaint. Mr. Grooters said that neither solids settling structures or SOFEB were compromosised this summer due to wet weather - said no discaharges occurred. Mr. Grooters said that he and his employee(s) regularly check when irrigating to ensure that no effluent is running off of his field onto neighboring land. We discussed whether or not effluent was reaching in-ground tile lines. Mr. Grooters stated that he had no choice but to pump out the SOFEB and on day of visit I did not see evidence of effluent from the irrigator reaching a tile line.	BRANDON MINER
