11/15/2012	Met with new feedlot manager Ryan Hortsman. He said that runof that flows to the southeast corner of the facility is contained even though a culvert is present under the driveway to the residence in this location downstream of the solids settling structure. He said that the culvert is plugged. It appeared runoff from other locations was contained as well.	BRANDON MINER
