5/1/2013	Tiles outletting on SE and SW edge of dairy appear to have some contaminants in them. I will sample at a later date to make sure if they are discharging clean or not. Feed containment basin has about 6 areas that are eroding due to runoff. They need to be filled in and grass planted. Seperator water pipe is outletting on top of the berm and eroding a portion of the north dike. Mr. Meissner stated that the pipe in the basin had plugged/frozen during the winter and this was just temporary. I told him that needed to be changed back to the old piping immediately before more damage was done. South outer berm on both cells had several animals burrowing. Need to eliminate animals and plug burrows with clay.	CINDY MARTENS
