9/2/2010	Paul Petitti and I visited this site to check on the status of the construction. The new basin has been built, but was not seeded. The new basin is in use, but there was no construction certification or authorization to use. The old basin is being expanded and work has begun on this but is not yet completed. Lots of silt from stormwater runoff in the ditch.	SHEILA KENNY
