11/30/2009	Landon Plagge phoned the field office to report a manure release that occurred more than 6 hours prior to the call. Trent assigned a spill number and notified Landon of the reporting violation. Krieger investigated the site and verified that no manure reached a tile intake nor water of the state. Digital photos were taken. All the spilled material was scraped for land application to a near-by corn field. An NOV letter was prepared on 11/30/2009 and a written report requested.	CURT KRIEGER
