6/2/2014	Visited facility to make sure repairs had been made so that NPDES permit could be issued. The picket fence to settle solids prior to the basin had been completed that day. The basin was empty with solids piled in it ready to be removed. The open lot that had been added with electric fence next to the basin had been removed. Manure was stockpiled in a bermed low area next to the basin for the winter, but had been land applied. Now manure was stored next to the grove north of the home on a large flat area. If any runoff would occur it would travel south into the footprint of the containment draining further south to the basin. The hose that extended out the small berm was still present, but dry. Mr. Grage stated that it was for their waterers and would be clean water, but he checked it several times and it is always dry.	CINDY MARTENS
