6/14/2010	Paul Petitti and I did an on site construction visit. Solids have been escaping under the settling fence due to erosion. They settle next to a water source and have a great potential of entering during a rainfall event. The solids will be cleaned out ASAP and the settling fence will be repaired and maintained through construction of the SOFEB, which has not been started.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
