11/24/2010	Mr. Kelen said no overflows/releases in 2010. SOFEB backs up into feedlot pens to the north. He was/is not happy with function of solids settling structure for the feedlot pen directly to the north of the feedstock storage area - said the grate plugs up even though he made the gaps bigger and liquid backs up into pen. This solids settling structure outlets to a culvert under the driveway. He said that culvert plugged once as well.	BRANDON MINER
