3/27/2014	Abe Sandquist called 3/26/14 and said that Schechinger did submit a complete plan. Further file review revealed that an NMP was submitted on 9/3/2010 and approved by Alison Manz on 10/12/2010.	DAN OLSON
3/26/2014	Abe called called on 3/18/2014 in response the attached letter and said that Schechinger submitted a new complete NMP in 2011 with the new permit application. Per Abe, public notice for the plan was done October 1, 2010 and submitted in early 2011. Ironically, Abe also indicated that he was currently working on a new NMP for Schechinger anyway because they’re going to apply for an amendment to their permit to change their system.	DAN OLSON
