6/21/2013	5/9/2013 ~08:50: While at the Sleepy Hollow Campground and RV Park for a work request, I also made a visit to the Sleepy Hollow Store since the store is the location that they use to collect a raw water sample from the well (which is shared between the two water supplies). While I was at the store I made observations of the pressure tank and treatment and notified the operator of issues that needed atttention. See attached memo for more information.	JON RYK
