5/12/2023	On April 25, 2023, I performed a visit to observe the current status of the single stage lagoon. During the visit, I spoke with Tim Kitzman (Site Maintenance). It was observed the lagoon was fully drawn down to the sludge bottom. To conclude, Mr. Kitzman informed this is good opportunity to add additional rip-rap to the berms of the lagoon.	JOSH SOBASKI
