8/13/2018	On July 27, 2018, I performed a site visit at the Sleepy Hollow Campground. At the time of the visit, I spoke with Alida Lee Gingerich, Wife of Greg Gingerich, son of the facilities previous owners. Greg and Alida Lee are now the owners of Sleepy Hollow campground. Mrs. Gingerich was "coached" concerning the facility compliance schedule and dates and requirements set forth in the schedule. Mrs. Gingerich assured the Department that compliance with the NPDES operation permit is the desire of her and her husband.	JOSH SOBASKI
