10/19/2022	Met Dean on site and observed diascharge point for ww permit. Small leak is still discharging some city water. Cooling water no longer discharged. Fixes will be implemented soon and discharge will cease. I told Dean to contact me to close permit when discharge is completely eliminated. I will follow up on or after November 1.	BRIAN LEE
