10/11/2019	This morning, Mackenzie, Ken L (plant manager), Greg Vorhies (owner/plant engineer) and Rose Buford (Env Specialist) called to discuss a few comments of the inspection report: stack discharge for EP 161 not being vented according to the specs of the permit....i encouraged them to call Reid to get a variance as they're hoping to make other changes which would also negate the permitted stack characteristics as they're currently listed. We also discussed getting some 12 mon rolling total records started as well as labeling stacks.	KURT LEVETZOW
