2/22/2018	I conducted an air quality visit to Faircast for a few reasons: 1. to see the replacement of the Cupola Baghouse. The baghous is still being erected and hooked up but it is permitted. The replacement BF was relocated to outside to make more room inside the facility (where the current Cupola BF is located) as well as the placement is farther away from the Cupola, which will allow more time for the hot gases and particulate to cool off before going into the bags. 2. we discussed the air permits again and associated recordkeeping requirements to make sure their environmental staff are keeping up with applicable requirements. Specifically, we discussed NESHAP 5Z inspection and maintenance requirements.	KURT LEVETZOW
