11/30/2012	I stopped at the transfer station on 19NOV12 and spoke to Jim Meade regarding the progress of the transfer station repairs. Mr. Meade indicated that the foundation/retaining wall on the west side had been irreparably damaged, and they had to replace it. They were demolishing it at this time. Mr. Meade indicated that they would not be fully operational until March 2013.	DAVID MILLER
