1/14/2014	This facility had not been submitting MORs, despite an NOV earlier this year. On 19NOV13 I went to this facility and spoke with Dana Wilker. He indicated that the plant is being shut down, and the only discharge is some condensate from an air compressor. Mr. Wilker indicated he was confused about the requirements, so we called Jeremy Klatt to discuss. Mr. Wilker was told that he needed to turn in the MOR reports, but he could call it minimum flow. Mr. Wilker indicated he would do so.	DAVID MILLER
