1/19/2010	Air Quality Inspection was conducted 1/13/10. No deficiencies documented. Compliance with NESHAP Subpart MMMM (surface coating of miscellaneous metal parts) was determined. Facility is in compliance. The filter assembly operation is being moved to Mexico. There will no longer be any surface coating operations at the plant. Facility was advised to keep up record keeping and reporting through March 2011, by which time all 12-month rolling totals should zero out.	GLENN CARPER
