1/19/2010	Air Quality Inspection conducted on 1/13/10. No deficiencies were documented. Most of the facility will be shut down and moved to Mexico by the end of March 2010. The only permitted activity remaining has only opacity limits. The facility was advised to submit a letter requesting that permits for all moved equipment be rescinded. The facility should also be able to rescind the Title V permit and become a minor facility.	GLENN CARPER
