4/28/2014	I visited the site and met with Jeff Daniels (515-556-5656). I confirmed that a new ATG (Veeder Root TLS 350 Plus) had been installed and all functions were normal. There was an overfill alarm outside near the fill pipe and it was connected to the ATG inventory monitor. I told Jeff to test its functionality annually. Even though leak detection is not required for emergency fuel tanks, CSLD was being practiced. See the attached letter.	BILL GROSS
