12/4/2013	I visited the site but was unable to enter. Today I talked to Jeff Daniels by phone (515-556-5656) and he reported that the new ATG is working but he was still trying to get Seneca to come out and connect an overfill alarm to it. I told him I'd wait a month and call him if I didn't hear back from him.	BILL GROSS
