10/25/2021 submit documentation showing alarms have been corrected and tank 1 and tank 2 leak test results RHONDA PAHL
11/30/2020 Owner emailed FO4 Oct 18, 2020 and included photo of passing leak test results printout. KEVIN MOLER
10/2/2020 I received an email today, Oct 2, 2020 from [email protected] (Chad Herr) stating he finally figured out how to clear the alarm and he attached a picture of the display showing 'normal' status. I am ready to mail a letter telling them they need to correct the alarm and send test results of a leak test for tank 1 and tank 2 which is what these alarms are indicating. I replied to the email and stated they need to run a manual leak test on tank 1 and tank 2, print the results, and email me a picture of the results. As I was typing this Chad Herr called me and stated that it would be later tonight before he runs the leak test because it takes an hour and he doesn't want customers waiting to fill up. I told Chad that was fine and to email me the results Monday October 5, 2020. If I do not receive the leak test result by email by October 5 I will go ahead and send the letter. KEVIN MOLER
10/1/2020 In response to R&A's inspection and past due deficiency response I visited the site to confirm the deficiency had not been corrected. I discovered the deficiency was not corrected and Tank 2 was also displaying the same alarm noted by R&A's inspection. I issued this NOV with a suspense date. KEVIN MOLER
