			Bacterial samples are taken at the process building only. However, personnel are exposed to the water at the break room building. You need to alternate the quarterly bacterial sample location between the break room building and the process building. This a violation of subrule 567 IAC 43.2(2) which states, “no person shall operate any public water supply system or part thereof without, or contrary to any condition of, an operation permit issued by the director. Your Public Water Supply Operation permit states, “samples must be taken throughout the distribution system.”
