10/3/2023	On 10/3/2023 I visited the Alliant Energy Lansing plant to verify that the plant has been shut down. The stack has been removed and work was ongoing to demolish the remaining structures. Alliant stated that operations ceased on 12/30/2022 and requested rescission of all AQ construction permits and Title V operating permit effective 8/18/2023. DNR responded in writing on 8/9/2023 with approval for the rescissions. No action required.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
