3/7/2022	On 03/07/2022 at ~0915 I visited Tyson Fresh Meats in Columbus Jct in response to the sanitary survey started on 02/22/2022 via google meet. This was the onsite portion of the survey to review records, the wells, and to collect a water sample for manganese. I met with Mr. Timothy Wilson.
