4/14/2011	WS staff called, concerned about SW in trench, in DOT ROW, where new line is being installed on W side of 65/69 and at end of first gravel road south of bypass. DOT had already been contacted and had no concerns. Visited and observed trench had appeared to cut through an old disposal site. Not much waste was observed, minor amount of jars, metal, concrete, metal post. Saw nothing of concern although they will be pulling any large pieces so the new line is not damaged.	KATE BASON
