12/16/2025	Central Office asked us to attempt to verify if this facility is currently in operation (see email). Via a web search, it appeared they may have closed shortly after opening earlier this year. In addition, no phone or email messages were returned. The phone number previously used was disconnected. I did not observe any appliance demanufacturing activity near the address noted in the email from Central Office. No signage or similar indicated an active appliance demanufacturer or similar business at this address.	AMBER SAUSER
