1/3/2013	I discussed operations with Keya and Larry Cox at the time of my inspection. I spoke with Ron via phone on 1/3/13 to go over general operations and specific items. We discussed public drop off, signage, containerization of waste, and the scrap metal/solid waste along the slope SE of the main facility. Signage is planned to be reinstalled and will direct public. The waste on the SE side of the site is planned to be removed when feasible.	BRIAN LEE
