5/2/2013	I met with Dave Flemming, Wade Hart, and Gary Greene (all with Headwaters) at the site and we observed the cover/erosion issues across the site. Cover and erosion issues were determined towards the northeast corner of the landfill site, north of the fenceline in the pasture area. Erosion issues were determined towards the northeast of Area A and along the west bank of the creek. Points where storm water flow enters the creek have erosion issues. The main drainage area towards the south-central portion, southwest of Area C, has significant erosion and waste ash is exposed. Rock and concrete had been placed in this area in the past, but drainage has mirgrated around the rock at this time. I will require a plan of action to be submitted prior to any remediation.
