We have built up two areas vertically with 3 inch rock. They go from the septic stone to approximately 2 foot above the cover. They will serve as additional drainage. 10/21/2024	Met Landfill Manager Lori Creech on site and we observed the working face and east end of active cell. Leachate seep is contained for now and City vacuums out pooled leachate every few days. Leachate is discharged to landfil lagoon. A leachate interceptor will be installed on the east end this winter ( in about ~2 months). Soil covers most waste, but some was exposed. Spray cover will be added for now. Working face is now towards the west and in a pancake lift. Edge of waste had a 2-3 foot vertical edge to it, but was not severe and landfill compactor cound traverse it/push waste down to the toe of the slope.	BRIAN LEE
