8/21/2017	Kurt Levetzow and I met Kristy Korpi and Dan Ganzer on site (Barker Lemar Engineers were present as well). This was a follow up visit to my recent compliance visit. Soil had been moved to the north slope and covered a significant portion of the previously exposed waste. A leachate seep was observed towards the northwest portion of Phase 3 and the two tires observed last time were still in the same location, untouched. Some exposed waste remained in the same area. I told Kristy to have the seep dug out and plugged, to cover the exposed waste, and to remove the tires.	BRIAN LEE
