3/19/2012	I visited this facility on 29FEB12 to document there was no surface water discharge from this property, which is located in an in an old quarry. It had rained overnight and was raining at the time of my visit. The CCC area drains to the west and then to the north where is ponds at the edge of the old quarry. There is a 20’ tall wall of limestone bedrock preventing direct runoff into the Cedar River.	DAVID MILLER
