12/19/2024	12/13/2024 - I visited the site and met with Gene Moothart and Phil Richard. We discussed the needed documentation of testing and inspecting. We found that a new double walled spill basin had been installed. It had an interstitial monitoring gauge along with installation and testing records from Seneca. The work was performed on 4/10/2024. This included the drop tube and spill basin testing/inspection, ATG/LLD/Sensor function testing, and annual walk-through inspection. They had not performed 30-day walk-through inspections, but did have the forms. They agreed to begin these inspections promptly. [I explained to them that if they check and record the spill basin sensor reading monthly, they would not be required to conduct 3-year basin leak testing.] I told them I may check their 30-day inspection record some time in the future when in the area.
