3/25/2013	On January 24, 2013, I stopped by the CRLCSWA Site #2 north of Marion. I met with Karmin McShane. The purpose of this visit was to update myself on the current operational status of this sanitary landfill. We toured the site. I observed the new cell under construction. We looked at a recently installed gas generator that will soon be used to convert landfill gas to electricity. We also looked at the new recycling building currently under construction. Overall, the landfill was having a non issue winter season. An inspection will be scheduled for a later date.	DOUG HAWKER
