6/4/2013	Conducted an inspection of this landfill on 13MAY13. Met with Dan Aastrup, DNR Engineer Amie Davidson and site engineer Doug Lutzbetak, reviewed records and inspected facility. Leachate seeps were noted and there were some storm water issues, among other things. See attached inspection report.	DAVID MILLER
