3/22/2013	I conducted a routine quarterly site visit to the RIWMA landfill in Eldora on 22MAR13. I met with Adam Reins and looked over the operation. Load check records were satisfactory and litter control was good. They have a “rainy day” working face off to the south which was not in use, and the cover on that area was a little thin. I advised Mr. Reins to make sure the waste is completely covered.	DAVID MILLER
