The IDNR also receives Quarterly Reports of the total tons received at the Rural Iowa Landfill. In my opinion, if the IDNR needs those numbers to be in MEGAGRAMS they could quit simply do that math. The Rural Iowa Landfill has NO use to know what the MEGAGRAM number is and to get a letter of Non- compliance on some obscure rule that has NEVER been mentioned before in the 15 years I have been at the Rural Iowa Landfill is ridiculous.
