6/27/2017	I visited this facility and was taken to the working face. A deficiency that I noted in my last on-site inspection has yet to be fixed. Dan Aastrup was having difficulties printing the excel spreadsheets that he uses for litter-pick records each month and so continued to over-write the prior month without keeping a record of it. I asked him to simply store new months on the same spreadsheet in a different tab and he agreed to do this so that electronic litter pick records will be kept.	ADAM SHAFFER
