11/6/2019	A site visit was conducted to document improvements. Photos were taken of areas which experienced significant erosion during the initial inspection. Controls have been implemented such as seeding and construction of STW retention structures. Future STW and specifically SW inspections should evaluate soil stabilization in the working areas of the landfill.	THAD NANFITO
