8/23/2021	I met Doug Houghs to check on JR's Recycling disposal of waste tires. Mr. Houghs stated that JR's had indeed been bringing loads of shredded tires to the landfill. The tires had to much wire to be used in landfill drainage but are accepted as normal waste. I observed little trash out of the main cell. Chipped wood was being used to keep mud down. Cap looked to be in good condition. Doug will see that small trees along the roads are removed. I observed the mostly finished gas reclamation project.	TOM MCCARTHY
