6/9/2026	BJ Bowman, with Rittmer, called and wanted to discuss the telephone poles at the landfill. He indicated that they will plan to use those in some fashion for road base or stability in the new cell that is pending. I told him that that material may be separated or salvaged but needs to be documented and essentially approved by the department in some manner. At this time they were separating it out as it came in as regular waste. Some other minor waste was mixed in with it as well. I told them an amendment may be needed or at least documentation regarding separation for the short term. We discussed that it's a difficult waste to landfill and it can cause problems but if it's going to be separated from daily waste it needs to be documented in some fashion. We also discussed litter that litter was not egregious but to make sure to keep ahead of it on a daily basis.	BRIAN LEE
