10/22/2009	On October 19, 2009 Seth Anderson and I conducted a follow up visit to the inspection on August 10, 2009. We observed that they were doing a better job of applying daily cover though there was still exposed solid waste material in covered areas and they had applied considerable cover to the most recently closed cell (Cell 5) though more work was needed. There were still issues regarding final cover and erosion in cells 2, 3A & 3B, 4A & 4B) (see attached letter).	BILL GIBBONS
