2/21/2020	Jake Donaghy, environmental specialist, and I conducted a site visit. We met with Perry and Greg Lee (Lehigh Cement Co.). We viewed the two treatment areas at the plant (maintenance building and powerhouse) and verified that the treatment equipment had been repaired/replaced and was now functioning. The chlorine disinfection residuals were checked and determined to be adequate. No further corrective actions to the treatment system are required at this time. See Memo.	DAVID KNOLL
