5/1/2009	4/16/09 - I received a response from Barker Lemar stating that landfill deficiencies would be addressed by MWA.	BILL GROSS
4/23/2009	4/14/09 - FO5 received a copy of a compliance plan for the site from Barker Lemar. It does not specifically address the operational items discussed below. It does set October 2009 as the deadline for final closure of the unlined areas.	BILL GROSS
4/23/2009	I met with Mike Fairchild and Rebecca Nott of MWA at the site. We discussed items that needed to be addressed to come into compliance. MWA was taking control of the site the following Monday. Deficiencies included litter control, final cover and vegetaion (erosion) at the Boone Co. site and vegetation at the Greene Co. site, leachate seepage, and daily cover of waste. I asked them to submit a compliance plan with time schedule. The site will be called Metro Park West Landfill.	BILL GROSS
