2/17/2014	On January 24, 2014 I stopped by the Gubbels facility an attempted to do a final inspection for a permit recession of their ADP permit. I talked to the lead dispatcher, Jessena Olson. She knew nothing about the ADP permit. She informed me that Emily Schrader was on vacation on this date and that Mike Ash, one of their licensed demanufacturers was out on service calls on this date. Also, John Henderson, the operations manager previously involved in appliance demanufacturing at this facility was no longer employed here. All in all, no one was available to meet with me on this date and I had to leave without doing my "recession inspection".	DOUG HAWKER
